01Scope of Service
These terms apply to the services offered through the Plan B website, including new ERP projects, Helper ERP Cloud, and ERP re-evaluation.
02Subscription and Packages
Subscriptions are offered as packages. The features, users, and support included in each package are those shown for the package you select.
03Payment and Invoicing
Fees are charged according to the package you select. Invoices are issued to the details you provide, and payment is due as stated on the invoice.
04Activation and Use
Your service is activated after your subscription is confirmed. You agree to use it lawfully and according to these terms.
05Customer Responsibility for Login Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
06Changes and Cancellation
Changes to a subscription and cancellations are handled according to the approved policy.
07Support
Support is provided according to the package you selected.
08Intellectual Property
Plan B, its platform, and its content remain the property of their owners. Your data remains yours.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plan B is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
